Screen Lock after changing settings

Description

When adjusting stuff in the settings menu once the user clicks "Apply" or "Okay" the window either A) Disappears and everything freezes or B) Stays there and everything freezes.

I cannot reproduce this. Please provide steps to reproduce.

It's must have had something to do with RC1 because I'm having trouble reproducing it with SVN 330.
