There should be a right-click option available to "Open URL in Browser".

While I agree this would be nice. There does not seem to be a simple way to do this. For now, "copy URL to clipboard" is implemented, which should be acceptable. If you *really* want this feature, we could hack something in, but it's probably best to wait for GTK to provide a better solution.
