Comment change causes user to move to top of channel list

Description

Expected Behaviour: If a user changes their comment they should retain their placement within the channel on the UI.

Actual Behaviour: If a user changes their comment, their placement within the channel moves to the top.

This is caused by a lack of sorting in the channel list. A proper channel list sort needs to be implemented.
