Description

This patch adds a tooltip to Mangler's Gtk::StatusIcon? that indicates current master volume level and the state of MuteSound?.

Incorporated into the patch is a fix for a bug in which the settingsWindow volume slider will slide slightly beyond 200% if modifying the volume from the statusIcon.
