implement method for setting mouse push to talk button

Description

In the settings window, the mouse push to talk needs to be implemented. This can probably be done with XGrabPointer, however we need to confirm that this function doesn't generate an X focusin/out event like XGrabKey does.

There doesn't seem to be a method for polling a specific mouse button state, although there may be.
