optionally minimize to tray when closing main window

Description
Currently, using the windowmanager close button on the main window causes Mangler to exit. This should optionally minimize Mangler to the tray instead, similar to the way the main windows for applications like Pidgin and Empathy function.
The menu item labeled "Quit" should always fully exit the program.
