Per Server Volume Normalization

Description

A much-used feature found in Ventrilo, is volume normilzation. I formally request addition to the mangler client. Using the Ventrilo 'Compressor Filter' as an example, it contains the options:

Gain
Attack
Release
Threshold
Ratio
Predelay

A good example of what the different functions are can be found at  http://www.lockergnome.com/game/2008/01/23/ventrilo-normalization-settings/

In Ventrilo, this is implemented through DSound. Should be able to handle this in ALSA.
