Description

We need to make sure we have all of the packet types used by the various admin functionality that will be added in 1.1. This means we will probably need to create a number of _v3_put_0xXX() functions that currently don't exist. We need to identify all of these types (and subtypes) and open tickets for documentation and implementation.
