I use opensuse 11.2, kde 4.5.2. I play world of warcraft and am using mangler 1.2.1 for guild chat. The problem i am having is when someone speaks on mangler my screen will blink occasionally. It only does this when using mangler. Is anyone else having this issue. I love having mangler and being able to use it but it drives me nuts sometimes in icc or whereever when the screen starts to blink.

Do you have the OSD enabled?  If so, try disabling that.

Thanks for the tip, turning off osd did the trick. No more annoying blinking.
