Compiled the newest version of mangler from source with no difficulties. The problem I'm running into is that Mangler is outputing no sound at all. My mic/input seems to be working fine (friends say that they can hear me just fine), but I can't hear any of the normal notifications (IE the failed to connect sound). It's set to use OSS which is the only option it gives me. Looking in KMIX mangler is not listed as one of the capture streams and I'm really not sure what to do.

Just an FYI I recently switched from Ubuntu to OpenSuSe (due to the POS that Unity is); so the distro and the way it operates is fairly new to me.

Info:

Soundblaster X-Fi output card (sound does work throughout the system)

Internal Intel input card (which as I mentioned input seems to be working fine)

alsamixer/kmix settings has been double and triplechecked. They all look fine from my inexperienced POV.

openSuSe 11.4 (32-bit); pretty much a fresh install. Only real change is a few firefox addons and restricted formats.
