I downloaded Mangler a few weeks ago in hopes that I'd find something that could replace ventrilo+wine. Since then the progress has been amazing. You guys just did the world a huge favor.

I downloaded Mangler today and tried it on my Ubuntu 9.04,and i must say its FANTASTIC!! I really must say thanks to team of ppl that made this client,thank you! Finally i dont have to go thru all that trouble with ventrilo+wine anymore :)

I second this.
Even though I wish more people would use Mumble instead (no offense to you guys) I find Mangler amazing and it has been badly needed by the Linux community for a long long long time.
Thank you guys very much for your effort and further thanks for making this an Open Source effort.

Another old Vent user adding a huge thank you to you guys :D
Now I can hassle all my friends to switch to Linux, as Vent was always in the "too hard" basket for a lot of them.

Thank you very much guys. This was the last piece in my puzzle to finally ditch windows completely. No dual booting any more!
Looking forward to see further development on this project. Especially Onscreen Overlay and admin possibility.
