First off, I love this app.  

But it would be nice if you could have like a phone mode or something where it uses the ear piece speaker and not the back speaker.  For instance I could bind PTT key to one of the volume buttons and hold it like a phone to talk on it if I was out some where.  Easier than using headphones or w/e.  Maybe make it black out the screen too so our face isnt hitting the buttons.
