So, decided to go and throw in a bug in trac…

Navigated to Bugs, which is found at http://www.mangler.org/bugs/
Selected 'File a bug'
Taken to "TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation" in Trac
Created account (same as name here)
Logged in
Selected New Ticket

You probably have an email in your spam folder asking to authenticate your email address.

I wish we could allow anonymous tickets, but we got hit with link spammers a few times and had to lock it out :(

Yep, got it now.

You may want to consider a quick change to the registration process in Trac to drop the user post-registration on a page that says their account is not active until they verify it. Would save confusion for some of us.

It's some trac plugin. I could take the time to figure it out, but I'd much rather spend time writing Mangler… Hopefully they'll fix the plugin at some point to make it more obvious.
